Returns for Accessories
If you decide something isn’t for you, you may return it to us – however we will only accept returns when they are in a resaleable, "as new" condition and be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Please note we do not accept returns of furniture or bespoke or made to measure items.

Accessories return to store:
- Small items can be returned to our showroom.
- Returns are only accepted unused and in their original packaging with tamper seals intact.
- Please bring a proof of purchase with you (store or gift receipt).
- We will aim to refund you in ten working days upon receipt of return.
Online Returns Accessories:

- Please note that online returns must be organised at your own expense if you returning by post.
Heavy & Fragile Items: Furniture
We do our utmost to give you as much advice and help in choosing the right piece of furniture for your home.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the size & colour of furniture chosen is suitable for the area.
- Leads times quoted are approximate and given in good faith. If goods are delayed we cannot accept liability for consequential losses as a result
- Delivery or fitting cannot be arranged until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
- You must ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of your order to the desired location. Cancellations are not possible for orders that cannot be delivered due to unsuitable access.
- AH Interiors Ltd are responsible for delivery to the entrance of your front door. We will at your request place the items into the room of your choice at your own risk without any liability to AH Interiors Ltd in event of accidental damage.
All furniture sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless in the rare occasion of a manufacturing defect.
Bespoke by AH Interiors
As all Bespoke items are made-to-order, once your order is confirmed a deposit will be requested to begin manufacturing with the balance due on the day of delivery.
We do not accept ANY returns on bespoke items including furniture, lighting, fabrics, curtains, or blinds. All Bespoke item sales are final.
Terms and Conditions:
- Refunds are offered when items are noted above are returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in a ‘like new’ resaleable condition in full original packaging
- Replacements are like-for-like. Where the same product is not available, a similar product up to the same value will be substituted.
- Gift cards, fabric by the metre, made-to-order and bespoke pieces are not refundable and non-returnable.
- Your refund may take up to 10 working days to process from our receipt and will be made to the original payment method.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
