Standard Orders
Standard Orders up to 30kg will take up to 2-5 days from receipt of confirmed orders
At times due to circumstances out of our control, there may be a slight delay in the standard order delivery and we shall endeavour to inform you in advance and keep you updated as to the progress of your delivery.
Furniture Orders
Many of our furniture pieces are sourced from Europe and therefore once ordered can take up to 4-12 weeks to get delivered if not in stock – if ‘pre-order’ item contact us to enquire about the lead time
Bespoke / Made to Measure Range
Our Bespoke range of furniture are special orders and can take up to 16-20 weeks to be finished to a high quality. These lead times can be less at times depending on the order size and detail.
Costs
Please note that the larger items and more fragile items (eg. Grace Mirror) in our store are sent with specialist couriers – see our cost breakdown outlined below.
Please note that furniture is delivered by one man/woman to your front door or entrance to apartment (or as close to your home as possible) - this is for insurance reasons. If you require your furniture delivered into your home or into a specific room - please call us and let us know before delivery as this will incur a higher fee.
